ABOUT THE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH CAROLINA
About the Organization
Founded in August 2023 by frustrated South Carolina property owners who increasingly find our traditional property usage rights being eroded, the POASC aims to bring a rightful balance to property rights issues in South Carolina. The Property Owners Association of South Carolina is a group that is open to anyone with concerns about property rights. Members are people and legal entities that own property in South Carolina as well as other people and organizations that care about property issues, such as real estate firms, property management companies, and local community organizations with similar goals. The POASC advocates for all types of property rights issues including residential, commercial and public spaces. We aim to help educate people on current rights, advocate for usage protection, and help fight harmful legislation that violates traditional property usage ability.
